dbg/2 and IO.inspect/2 `:printable_limit` option to print entire output

TIL about the :printable_limit option for dbg/2 and IO.inspect/2.

It’s like limit: :infinity but it works on strings! 🎉

No more truncated output when I’m trying to inspect it.
